As
an author, consultant, behaviorist, educator
and life coach Joseph Ventimiglia caterers
to many top professionals in their respective
fields, and produces a multitude of programming
throughout the year all over the country.
Drawing from his 20 plus years of experience
in team adventure sports, education, business,
psychology and life coaching Joe helps people
from all walks of life become more successful
by working with clients to facilitate a path
towards positive change.

Joe realized,
early on, that traditional coaching does not seek
emotional healing or relief from psychological
pain. Traditional coaching concentrates primarily
on the present and future and does not focus on
the past or on the past's impact on the present.
Coaching uses information from the client's past
to clarify where the client is today. It does
not depend on resolution of the past to move the
client forward. Coaching does not focus directly
on relieving psychological pain or treating cognitive
behavior or emotional disorders. Coaching alone
is designed to help clients improve their learning
and performance, and enhance their quality of
life.
Not a believer
in rigid lines, Joe combines the needed services
to accommodate a complete positive outcome. Joe
believes that a combination of coaching, psychotherapy
and a behaviorist approach could be a winning
combination. Keeping all options open or a combination
of them could be the winning approach into the
leading formula to help people live, work and
play. To simply enjoy the journey: Joe’s
passion to help facilitate authentic life changing
results directly, believing in, and participating
in such a journey, sets him apart from the rest,
and today his client list reads like a "who's
who".
